What is the most unusual aspect or outstanding characteristic of this entry?
Edgy and eclectic, this transitional kitchen has a distinct character to it. A neutral palette of the cabinetry allowed us to showcase decorative aluminum inserts creating an uncluttered effect. We integrated aluminum bands along the width of the island and throughout the decorative hood. To enhance the modern effect of this kitchen, we added more aluminum details to the spice rack, and to the three drawers just below the countertop.
Overall, the kitchen features framed bottom and frameless upper cabinet doors.
Client was looking to create a wow factor and we decided to make it more interesting we would match styles of cabinet construction which is unusual.
It was a challenge to manufacture the island and insert all the aluminum inserts but it did made a great impression to anyone who has seen this kitchen.
