What is the most unusual aspect or outstanding characteristic of this entry?
These clients where referred by their friends and since they are very organized they came to us in advance to ask about pricing and procedures and look over their kitchen layout. We recommended prepare drawings before they proceed with renovation to make sure everything will work smoothly in terms of appliance location and kitchen work-flow. However, they decided to use their own design and when all electrical was in place we figure that the layout is not going to be functional. Few electrical points have to be moved and most of the appliances relocated for more functional design and open concept look. It was a challenge to convince clients that it new layout will work better however, when the project was finished and until now they are very happy they did listen and the kitchen look and works amazing for them as well as all their friends that they love to entertain. Since it’s not a huge space we tried to use all the room available by incorporating small pull out and accessories, spice rack and magic corner that functions very well and gives access to their blind corner that was wasted in their old kitchen. Another challenge was to hide their staircase box and make it look like it is part of the kitchen. We were working with tight space and every inch counted. The end result turned out to be great.
