What is the most unusual aspect or outstanding characteristic of this entry?
This unique project was designed with organization and storage in mind. Our client’s 3 car garage still needed to be used for the vehicles, but he liked the idea of being a little connected to the outdoors.
Custom cabinetry and shelving was fabricated and installed to accommodate storage of tools, equipment, supplies and sporting gear. Also incorporated was his work desk and computer station.

How has being a member of the CMA benefited you and/or your business?
Our team benefits from the up-to-date and useful information obtained through the CMA training sessions, newsletters and by associating with other professional cabinetmakers and their peers. The access to other’s information, points of view and suggestions through forums and classes has been an exceptional resource. The Cabinet Makers Association consistently challenges its members to participate in marketing, education and training. These benefits, plus our previous winning entries in the Wood Diamond Award program provide credibility to our craft in this, our 30th year in business.
