Briefly describe your business and the type of products manufactured.

We manufacture a wide variety of products. Our main business is custom exclusive & creative kitchens. Since we work with local home builders, we also manufacture custom vanities, wall units, mud rooms, wine rooms, bars and millwork. Our goal is to make each project unique and satisfy our customers with the service beyond their expectations

What materials/species were used in this project/item?
Exterior finish was MDF painted semi-gloss finish. We construct our cabinet boxes from 3/4″ Pre-Finished Plywood which we purchase from McFeddens Inc. in Toronto, Ontario. Our cabinet backs are 3/4″ Pre-Finished Plywood. At exposed cabinet surfaces, we utilise 3/4″ finished panels. We use Blumotion under-mount full extension drawer slides and Blum European Compact hinges with Blumotion. Install various cabinet inserts provided by McFeddens Inc & Richelieu. Dovetail Drawer boxes are supplied by Distinctive Wood Products.

Describe, in detail, the project/item's construction
We used 3/4" MDF Plum Creek for all painted doors, panels and fillers.
3/4" Maple Melamine Interior for all the cabinets.

What is the most unusual aspect or outstanding characteristic of this entry?
Challenge in this design was to make it eye-catching as well as functional with the flow. We really wanted to make it light and with not too many details.
Also, we wanted to make decorative elements like posts but in this kitchen, we made them all with access. Decorative posts on the right side are acting as pull out broom closets and post on the left is book/keys storage cabinet.
The island exterior was MDF with a special antique wood carved look.
Wall unit was another challenge for our production. Even though it has such a simple look there is a lot of angles that had to be calculated and hand cut and assembled.
