Premier Builders, Inc. is a full service construction company celebrating our 32nd year in business. We focus on high end residential and commercial interiors. Our dedicated Architectural Millwork Division is housed in a 15,000 square foot shop across the street from our main offices in Georgetown, MA. This Division produces custom millwork and casework for our residential and professional office projects. Work includes custom kitchens, bars, entertainment centers and furniture as well as commercial interiors and furnishings. Premier Builders, Inc. provides coordination of all phases of construction. What materials/species were used in this project/item? Pre-finished Maple plywood interiors Painted Maple face frames and doors Maple Dovetail drawers Blum Hardware Bench manufactured from 8/4” solid maple Describe, in detail, the project/item's construction Designed on Cabinet Vision Machined on C.R. Onsrud CNC Machine Concealed low voltage lighting What is the most unusual aspect or outstanding characteristic of this entry? This new waterfront condo did not have any custom detailing. Working with a local designer and architect we were able to transform the main living space into a functional seating and entertainment area. The deep blue TV and beverage area combined with the soft white seating area helped to warm up the space. Subtle touches like the curved bench ends and fish cutouts in lower legs bring a custom crafted feel to the space. Integral low voltage lighting accents the display areas of the pieces.
