Describe the project, what makes it unusual, and/or any outstanding characteristics.
The owner's of this Restaurant & Bar had a vision of creating a space based off of the 1803 Louisiana Purchase. Our team of designers and builders were able to put our creative ideas on this project in order to bring that vision to life. We used Circle Sawn Rustic Red Oak for the cabinets, wine racks and barn door, and reclaimed lumber from Kentucky Tobacco warehouses for the countertops. We also used gold colored micah sheets on the bourbon shelves to create an Amber color that make the liquor bottles appear aged. Our craftsman made all of the doors and end panels to replicate the theme, and the unique rustic iron hardware was hand created by a blacksmith. From the point of sale counter, to the bourbon displays, to the wine racks that hold up to 600+ bottles of wine, and to the stunning barn door that is 96" wide x 120" tall with a walk door in the middle, this space is truly one for the record books.
