The client was looking for a "rustic elegant" kitchen. We did a light rub through on the painted surfaces and combined it with more elegant feeling Sapele on the wardrobe and tapered island cabinetry. The range surround opens up to reveal pullout units. The doors on either side of the hinged bookcase open to exposed mechanical units for the house. The Sapele wardrobe houses the microwave, warming drawer and coffee center.
