This had several challenges, the size of the TV not only determined the spacing and layout, but also coordinated the wiring of all the components so they would be hidden. There was a security devise could not be moved which required attention to placement in the fixed shelf unit and it all needed to be balanced on a large wall in the main living space. The base and display case have a special carusing finish on white oak, combined with contrasting smooth finish on upper storage units. The upper units also have touch latch with no exposed hardware, the lower units have self closing hinges with finger pull handles. All combine to give a unique look to the built in wall unit.
