Join the CMA at IWF 2020
The 2020 International Woodworking Fair will be held Tuesday through Friday, August 25-28, and the CMA has a full slate of events planned for that week.
The show hours will be 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Tuesday – Thursday and 8:30 am – 2:00 pm on Friday. Note: The show starts one day earlier than usual and ends on Friday instead of Saturday.
We are #BC323 in the connector between the B and C halls. Be sure to stop by to say hi, obtain your proud member badge, and grab your special goodie bag!
Stay at the same hotel as other CMA members for continued networking after hours, When you register for the show, you can also book your housing for speical IWF rates. Select the W Atlanta Midtown to be with the CMA.
NEW FINISHING SEMINAR
The CMA is excited to offer a full-day finishing seminar on Monday, August 24. Hosted by Dark Horse Woodworks in collaboration with Gemini Industries, this is a unique, hands-on opportunity for a limited number of participants to create products using new finishing techniques. The registration fee is $250, which includes all materials and lunch. The event will conclude with a networking happy hour combined with the group participating in the plant tours offered on the same day. Registration opens May 1.
Another option is to join us for a day of plant tours on Monday, August 24. The highlight this year is a visit to LEUCO with stops at woodworking shops along the way. The $50 registration fee includes transportation and lunch. The event will conclude with a networking happy hour at Dark Horse Woodworks.

DIAMOND AWARDS CEREMONY
Our Member Appreciation Reception is a great way to
connect with other CMA members who are at the show.
This year the event will be held on Wednesday evening,
August 26. We will announce the 2020 Wood Diamond
Award winners during the reception.
We are working on coordinating private tours of key exhibitor booths exclusive for CMA members. We will share details as they become available.
For IWF 2020’s education conference, the CMA is providing 10 educational seminars PLUS the popular "What’s Your Problem?" roundtable discussion.
You can sign up for these sessions including "What's Your Problem?" when you register for the show. There is a fee involved.
