Chris Corrales of CNC Factory to Speak at Cabinet Makers Association Regional Event in Springfield, Missouri – Friday, June 22
Chris Corrales, the owner of CNC Factory (CNCFactory.com) in Santa Ana, California, will speak to the Cabinet Makers Association at their Springfield, Missouri Regional Event - Friday, June 22. Cabinetmakers from around the area will learn what is new in CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) equipment and what is newly improved. The event will be held at Cabinet Concepts by Design located at 4123 N. State Hwy. H in Springfield.
CNC Factory designs, builds and manufactures CNC machines in their Orange County California facility. “With CNC Factory located in the United States, we integrate new technology into CNC systems quicker and more skillfully than any other CNC manufacturer in the world,” Corrales says.
At the CMA Conference in Springfield Corrales will discuss:
1) 3rd Generation CNC Robotics – it does all the heavy lifting;
2) The new CNC Factory Printing and Marking Block - this allows each cut piece to be labeled with post production instructions; and
3) The new Lockdowel Scorpion boring and insertion machine - which enables flat-pack shipping and cabinet assembly without using screws, glue or cams.
“The Lockdowel, glue-less, snap-together assembly method for cabinets and furniture is a game changer in this industry,” Chris Corrales Owner of CNC Factory says. “This is just the kind of technology breakthrough CNC Factory can incorporate quickly and expertly, and we have, with the Scorpion Lockdowel LDR machine,” Corrales says. “Our LDR machine is equipped with 3rd generation, A.I. production controls, real-time virtual support, automated gun cleaning, precise laser measuring - and it’s designed for one operator, even when working with large productions.”
Andy Patel, Owner of Designer Closets in Orlando, Florida owns a Scorpion Lockdowel Machine, a CNC router, an edgebander and a 3-D Lamination Thermalfoil Press all from CNC Factory. His company produces Lazy Lee Spinning closets for homeowners and for wholesale.
“We chose CNC Factory because I know I’m working with people in the cabinet business I get along with,” Patel explains. “Should I have an issue, who I am working with and how issues get resolved is very important. Chris and his team deliver in-house tech support with experience and treat me as a friend they know, and not just a problem they need to process.”
