Describe your project, what makes it unusual, and/or any outstanding characteristics.

This was one of our most technically challenging—and rewarding—projects in recent years. The client envisioned a library with base and upper cabinets divided into four sections, with one of those sections acting as a hidden door leading to a secret room. Achieving this concept required an expert level of planning and execution. The most complex challenge was engineering the hardware to support the weight of both the base and upper cabinetry while allowing the door section to open smoothly and reliably. At the same time, we had to ensure the hidden door blended seamlessly with the surrounding cabinetry, maintaining a cohesive appearance across the entire wall. The result is a fully functional, elegant bookcase wall with a concealed entry that operates with the pull of a custom-designed book lever.
