Describe your project, what makes it unusual, and/or any outstanding characteristics.

The goal with this kitchen was to bring together a range of design elements in a way that felt cohesive, elevated, and timeless without letting the space become too busy or overwhelming. We started with floor to ceiling inset cabinetry to establish a strong architectural foundation. From there, we introduced slab doors with applied molding to bring in subtle detail, a look that continues through the paneled ends for a consistent, tailored finish. For the hutch, we incorporated brass mesh into the cabinet doors—tying into the hardware and creating a focal point that feels integrated, not separate. To ground the room, we built a darker island that adds contrast while still holding to the same design principles. The addition of brass shelving and a custom brass leg detail on the island helped to pull the entire space together, adding warmth and polish without competing with the cabinetry. The result is a well-balanced kitchen that brings in multiple layers of craftsmanship and material without feeling overdone.
