Amy Jones appointed to CMA Board of Directors
The Cabinet Makers Association (CMA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Jones of Bakes & Kropp (Mount Clemens, MI) to its Board of Directors.
Jones fills the position vacated earlier this year by Randy Niewind. The CMA extends its sincere appreciation to Niewind for his dedicated service and contributions to the organization.
Amy Jones brings a strong background in the custom cabinetry industry, along with a commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and collaboration—values that closely align with the mission of the CMA. Through her leadership at Bakes & Kropp, she has played a key role in advancing quality and design within the high-end cabinetry market.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jones is a passionate advocate for workforce development. She is actively involved in local career and technical education (CTE) initiatives, working closely with schools and educators to support woodworking programs and promote career pathways in the trades. Her efforts to engage and inspire the next generation of skilled professionals reflect a forward-thinking approach that will benefit both the association and the broader industry.
“We are excited to welcome Amy to the Board,” said Gregory Paolini, who is currently serving as President of the CMA Board of Directors. “Her industry expertise and dedication to workforce development make her a valuable addition as we continue to strengthen our community and support our members.”
The CMA Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and guidance for the association, supporting its mission to promote the success of custom cabinetmakers through education and networking.
