Since 2009, Copper Canyon Millworks has been providing the greater Phoenix-area and state of Arizona with custom cabinetry for projects of many different sizes. Founded by seasoned industry-veteran, Sam Caprar, this Phoenix custom cabinet company is able to produce quality custom cabinets while maintaining speed and efficiency by transitioning to computer-aided machinery and employing lean manufacturing principles throughout the facility. Describe the project, what makes it unusual, and/or any outstanding characteristics.
Our clients’ daughter was in complete shock when she saw her very own custom bathroom. We were able to capture the style she wanted that paired well with the vibrant colors throughout. These frameless cabinets are constructed of paint grade alder, with a very unique set of doors. We incorporated a mild radius on the face of the cabinets, and designed custom-routed radius doors to match other accent pieces. The cabinets were finished with very light cream color, and topped with ML Campbell Conversion Varnish. The drawers are mounted on Blum full-extension soft-close slides, and the radius doors were carefully bored to fit Blum soft-close hinges.
