Describe your project, what makes it unusual, and/or any outstanding characteristics.
This is a renovation of a dated kitchen to bring it a more current aesthetic. The homeowners wanted to create a focal point for some of their fine China. So, we designed a built in "hutch" look (with a walnut interior) next to the fully integrated refrigerator. both of those elements were capped off with a set of arched inset doors. We also designed a "coffee bar" area, again using the walnut interiors to elevate the finishes. That area is closed off with bi-folding and pocketing hardware, with a rollout cutting board. While the perimeter cabinetry was a clean white painted finish, the island offset that with a pop of color using a glazed Sherwin Williams "Acacia Haze" paint.
