"Boujee Boutique" is a showcase of luxury, personalization, and ingenuity, created for a client who envisioned the ultimate dressing room experience. With a generous timeline and budget, we transformed two separate rooms into a seamless, immersive boutique space that feels curated, glamorous, and uniquely her own. During demolition, new opportunities emerged to open the space even further, prompting a bold redesign. To achieve the cleanest possible look, we implemented a no-hole system, with on-site adjustments to ensure a flawless, custom fit. Key features that set Boujee Boutique apart include: Magic Wire Shelving System: Shelves appear to float, eliminating the need for visible cams or pins, creating an uninterrupted, sophisticated aesthetic. Handbag Showcase: A carefully arranged rainbow display of the client’s designer bags, enhanced by mirror backs, glass shelving, and strategic lighting, which dictated the overall flow and layout of the closet. Footwear Storage: Deep cabinets with staggered shelving accommodate an expansive shoe collection with both function and flair. Center Island: A showpiece featuring mirrored end panels, acrylic drawer dividers, and a 2" thick luxurious leather countertop, including a hidden gold-accented docking drawer for charging devices. Custom Jewelry Peninsula: Outfitted with bespoke pink suede jewelry inserts and additional hanging storage, expanding both style and functionality. Architectural Solutions: Challenges like angled ceilings and uneven construction were expertly addressed with mirrored accents and a triple-stacked fascia, ensuring a polished, seamless appearance. Three-Way Mirror Zone: Deep, mirrored cabinetry forms a glamorous and functional dressing station, including space for hanging boots. Integrated Packing Station: A discreet L-shaped area with a custom leather countertop provides practical space for travel organization. Hidden Comfort Features: A 5" custom toe kick not only enhances aesthetics but cleverly conceals HVAC vents and electrical outlets, ensuring comfort and convenience without disrupting the clean lines of the design. Material selections included Tafisa with a white velvet edge and velvet-textured doors and drawers to achieve the client’s desired painted finish look without the high-maintenance drawbacks. Every element of Boujee Boutique was thoughtfully considered to create a space that is luxurious, highly functional, and exquisitely tailored to the client’s lifestyle.
